A private car maintenance log for used and high-mileage cars

Keep a private maintenance log for your used or high-mileage car. Add service records yourself from any mechanic, shop, dealer, or DIY work — no account needed.

What KeepMyCar is

KeepMyCar is a simple, private maintenance log for used and high-mileage cars. You add and manage your own service records, whether the work was done by an independent mechanic, a local shop, a dealer, or by you.

Records are added by you. KeepMyCar does not automatically import service history from dealerships or third-party vehicle-history networks. Instead, it gives you one place to organize the service details, mileage, notes, shop information, and receipt photos you choose to keep — and to see at a glance what's overdue, due soon, or worth a closer look, all on your iPhone.

What you can do

  • Add multiple vehicles and keep them in one place
  • Get a maintenance list based on your vehicle's profile (oil and filter, brake fluid, coolant, transmission service, spark plugs, air filter)
  • See clear on-screen status for each item: overdue, due soon, possibly missed, or up to date
  • Add and manage your own service records for work done by any mechanic, shop, dealer, or DIY
  • Add the shop or mechanic, date, mileage, and notes to each record
  • Attach a receipt photo from your Photo Library and open it again anytime
  • Browse your service history for each vehicle on one timeline
  • Open any maintenance item to review its status and service details
  • Save a quick next-visit note so you remember what to ask about

Built for used and high-mileage cars

KeepMyCar helps owners of used and high-mileage cars keep their own service records organized and see what may need attention next — even when maintenance has been handled by different shops, mechanics, dealers, or by the owner.

No account or login required. No sync required. Your vehicles, service records, notes, and receipt photos are stored locally on your iPhone. KeepMyCar does not upload your vehicle or service data.

A note on maintenance

The maintenance list is general, time-based guidance — not a manufacturer-specific schedule. Always check your owner's manual or ask a qualified mechanic about your specific vehicle.
